11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in individual project agreements. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Each party shall return or destroy confidential information of the other party
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if negotiation fails, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability
